I sent a bug report to RBTI. They came back with an answer in a couple of
days (I specified not time sensitive) and pointed out that it wasn't a bug,
I had sent the engine into an uncontrollable loop while attempting the

problem. What a great group of people Razzak has collected.

Thanks, Albert!

No one knows the architecture and engineering of R:BASE better than the
actual members of R:BASE Development Team, working either at at our
headquarters in Murrysville, PA or at our expanded locations, such as
Tucson, AZ, Palo Alto, CA, and overseas.

If and when an item is submitted, using the integrated R:DCC client in
R:BASE eXtreme 9.1/9.5, we review everything very seriously. This is very
unique as compared to most other software companies. All responsible
members of R:BASE Development Team are involved in reviewing the submitted
request accordingly. If there is an obvious solution, we take our valuable
time to provide a solution to help our customers. If there is a need for a
sample to replicate the reported items, any member can request a sample
and step-by-step instructions to replicate the submitted report. Once the
reported item is handled accordingly, the status is updated and an e-mail
notification is sent. A comprehensive list is then prepared to itemize all
bug-fixes and enhancements when an official update is announced.

In addition, all our customers with Priority and Corporate VIP status are
provided with private and pre-release updates of the product(s) for their
internal testing.

This process has worked very well, and we all are very proud of our services
and accomplishments.

We will continue to do our best!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
