Sort the columns in reverse order either by clicking or with the property. If you want the list sorted by lastname/firstname, sort the firstname and then the lastname.

I can manage to sort by a single column by both methods of clicking on the column header and by using the Property command. But I need to be able to sort the results by multiple columns at times.
