R:BASE Forms, Reports, and Labels are "Database Resources" and not independent (outside) resources, such as Themes, External Form Files, Plugins, .RGWs, .EEPs, .RMDs, etc. Adding a Form, Report, or Label to the list of "Additional Resources" MUST be performed by viewing the Database Explorer while CONNected to appropriate database running R:BASE eXtreme 9.5.
