Razzak, This is driving me crazy. The only GIFs that will display a report using a DB image control are ones created in photoshop.
I've tried taking images and saving them as PNG with Paint or Irfanview. I have a form that edits the table with a DB Image control. I click on the image bringing up the blob editor. I delete the current image, and add or insert image form file and exit, saving as the same file type. The still won't print on the report. If I do the same with a photoshop created GIF, the report works. Dennis, FWIW ... It all depends on the program that created those GIFs. The GIF format is a format which compresses files using an algorithm called LZW, which keep traces of the colors and helps to reduce the size of the file. For consistency, you may want to look into the PNG (Portable Network Graphics), an extensible file format for the lossless, portable, well-compressed storage of raster images.
