After you select the columns and hit ok, press control-v. See if that works.

I have had an issue in the past where sometimes it does not place the columns
unless I press control-v. Since it was part-time I could not replicate it
consistently to report it.

F3 only works to call up Data Dictionary. When I select column names and hit
F3 (or F2) nothing happens.

I think you need to use F3 instead of F2

Subject: [RBASE-L] - problems with Data Dictionary

Hello,
In all my previous version of Rbase, when I used the Data Dictionary, I could
select multiple column names, hit F2, and the column names would be copied to
the R> prompt or to my command file. In 9.5, I press F2 and nothing happens.
I've tried multiple computers so I know it isn't a malfunctioning key.

If I double-click on the selected columns, only the first one appears at the R>
promt or cmd file. It's a pain having to write down the column names and then
type them all. Is there a new key to use? We're using WinXP.

Thanks,
Patti
