Even though the mentioned utility has never been supported nor has the
blessing of R:BASE Technologies or its Dream Team, and if it has been
working for you for 5 or 6 years, the first and most important question
you have to ask yourself is what has changed on your end?
Take a close look at all programs (EEPs, Command Files) and see if the
path or any other parameters have changed.
Being an external executable (.exe) file, you may want to look at the
anti-virus, fire-wall, or security settings that may have flagged the
executable (.exe) program.
Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
