Interesting getting a call and the user asks if they can move their Rbase data
base to a "cloud drive". I know we can redeploy our R:Base app to a R:web app
but I was surprised when asked why we can't just map a "cloud drive".

Users can share data on Google apps/drive/cloud, but file sharing isn't a multi
user data base.

The corporate server is our home, but for how long?

Dennis,

First and foremost, your clients need to step-up from the legacy versions of
R:BASE to the most versatile, competitive, and compatible version of R:BASE.

Sooner or later, these clients will figure out everything themselves, and
someone else is going to take care of them, if we don't keep them up-to-date
with everything they need.

Once everything is up-to-date, they can not only take advantage of R:Web Suite,
R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (64), and all added power & services, but they will also be
able to take advantage of R:BASE Cloud http://www.rbasecloud.com.

That's all I can share at this stage.

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
