A new IT person and, unfortunately, trying to point to the "other guy" as the problem.
Actually, they thought that we were doing something in RBase with printer drivers between our user A and B.
Just had them log in Windows as user A and then our RBase app as user B, and surprise! And, for the 1000th time, it's not your problem or my problem. It's our problem until it is fix.
