[RBASE-L] - On Entry/On Exit EEP with F7 & F8

Hi all,

I seem to recall a discussion on this topic, but I can't find it.
In RBase for Windows 9.5, If I have a form with a region and multiple rows of 
data, and I go up and down using F7 or F8, am "leaving" a field/column, 
"entering" a field/colum, both or neither? 
Do On Enter and On Exit EEPs fire with F7 and F8?
Does the On Key Press EEP fire with F7 and F8?
