If the same row / column is changed concurrently (even by the same user)
this message is shown.

For instance if you edit the table and the table is also editable in a form
of the same user this message could be the result.

 

The setting of Rbase Edit verification level is responsible if this message
is shown on row or column level.

 

I always use the column level

If the setting is on row level I think this message will be shown too in
case of an update by a procedure in the background

 

So my advise would be have a look at this setting

Can someone remind me why this error occurs?  Can't say I remember any of my
clients ever having that problem, and one is all of a sudden getting it
consistently (several users are getting this message).   One of the users
(but not all) had their laptop upgraded to Windows 7 recently, but they
cannot tell me whether that's when they started seeing this message.   I
wish they would have told me the very day they started getting the
message...
