Brad,
Use the DEFF command to open the External Form File Designer,
or to open the designer with a specific file.
The MODAL parameter is supported to launch an existing external
form in the designer from an EEP. Specifying a new file name
will create a new external form.
Examples:
DEFF
DEFF RRBYW18.RFF
DEFF RRBYW18.RFF MODAL
