I suppose the caption is graphically constructed. Here's what I did for testing purposes:

Button width 100
Button height  40
MS Sans Serif 10 Bold.
Caption Alignment Centered
Caption "Hard Cheese"

With or without glyph, the caption was two lines, centered word over word.

Created a bit button
Glyph from large icon file
Caption "Hard Cheese"
Caption alignment Center
Size the button to show two lines.
