My original post about the SCALEBY document asked for interested parties to contact me directly (off list). Unfortunately, when Jeff Richardson requested the document, he requested it on the list. So when I replied, my response got sent to the list by mistake. There was absolutely no intention on my part to post that reponse to the list and I have absolutely no motivation for doing so. I am aware of the etiquette rules and apologize again for inadvertently breaching them.
