LOC,
Tried Dragon over the weekend. It worked with R:Base almost immediately with 
Note and Text fields. It was pretty accurate for just starting.  This can be a 
good option for our users who are slow at a keyboard. Thanks for the suggestion

I'm using Dragon with R:base in our radiology department since 2010.
Works fine although you can't use all the features you could use in MS WORD, 
due to the limitations of the R:base word processor module.

No hassle to install at all....
