I created the shortcut as you directed Jason, and the RBase 95-64 ODBC driver is now present in the ODBC Data Source Administrator window. The RBase 95-64 ODBC drivers are in the Windows\SysWOW64 directory. If you want to see the 64 bit drivers, create a shortcut to: %windir%\syswow64\odbcad32.exe (the standard ODBC control panel points at %windir%\system32\odbcad32.exe). You can't have both the 64 and 32 bit control panel open at once.
