R:BASE configuration (RBENGINE95_64.CFG/RBENGINE95_32.CFG) file is always
the single best place to enforce all settings. However, the application
startup file with all customized environment settings, after connecting
the database, is ideal for compiled applications.
May the next "Update 4" of R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64), Build: 9.5.4.3mmdd,
bring the best of R:BASE to start 2014.
