If this is not the case, and you require that users have the ability to
develop in R:BASE with a server installation, and would like the series of
R:BASE default settings, a registry dump is available within the R:BASE
program folder."

How is this applied to the workstation and what is the location/name of
the file referenced above?

Ron,

Using the full installer, When R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64) is installed on
a local workstation, in addition to installing the program, help files,
ODBC drivers, etc., the workstation is also configured with all default
settings and layouts for Database Explorer, R> Prompt, Designers, etc.

In your specific case, if you have used the "Server Installation" on the
network server with the intent to just run a custom application that does
NOT require the R:BASE default settings for a user(s), you will be A-OK.

However, if these users will also be using the R:BASE 9.5 development
environment, such as R> Prompt, Forms, External Forms, Labels, Reports
Designers and Query Builders, etc., you will need to provide them with
R:BASE default layout, settings, colors, fonts, etc.

To accomplish that, you will need to run the external utility, such as:
. RBG95_32_Default_Settings.exe for RBG95 (32)
  or
. RBG95_64_Default_Settings.exe for RBG95 (64)

to configure the local workstation with R:BASE default settings.

Find the appropriate utility in the target installation folder along
with all RBG95_32.EXE or RBG95_64.exe.

Hope that helps you understand the process of configuring workstations
when using the Server installation option of R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64).

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
