System tables related to R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64) for Windows
Forms, Labels, Reports, and Layouts are defines as SYS_FORMS3,
SYS_LABELS3, SYS_REPORTS3, and SYS_LAYOUTS3 accordingly.
While working with R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 for Windows, get those DOS
Legacy System tables out of your routine.
