I have a full size form designed on a 24" screen with size 1920 x 1073. My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. When I bring this form to my surface, 11" screen with resolution of 1920 x 1080. No matter what I do I cannot resize the form (or any form including a brand new form) past 1294 x 734 . All of my objects below 734 is cut off and I cannot get to them, even by trying to drag the form edge bigger.
