Razzak's suggest will solve your problem for now.

But, the big question is: "Why  do I only get a form height of 724 when the 
screen resolution goes to 1080?"
Surface RT has a 1366 by 720 display while the Surface Pro has a 1920 by 1080.
Looks to me like your computer is incorrectly reporting screen height to RBASE.
Perhaps Microsoft has a fix.
