Jan,
I use var list views quite often.
Someone named Jan from this list recommended it to me a while back.
How I want this to look is indented.
Model Number units
Part Number pcs needed
Location 1 pcs ckbox
Location 2 pcs ckbox
Etc
Etc
Part Number
The above will be the transaction part.
There will be a Header section with the order number.
I am not sure the Var list view would do the trick.

Jim,
My goto tool of choice is the Variable List View.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - From report to Form on tablet
Right now we print a picklist report that shows the location of
parts
needed to fill an order.
Shipping then pulls the parts, checks the location on the
report.
Another person then enters the transactions into the DB.
The report uses a view based on six tables.
Goal: To duplicate the report on a form that will be used on a
tablet
out in the shop.
The shipping personal will then be able to use a check box
system to
show the transactions.
I want them to be able to enter the order number then this form
will
come up.
I looked at a scrolling region but I cannot put a dbgrid inside
a
scrolling region.
Any suggestions as to a good way to accomplish this?
