Thanks to Jan and Dennis. But still no luck. I have this working in other databases. A side-by-side comparison shows no obvious difference in structure or coding. Exporting and importing one of these reports, modified for local conditions, makes no difference. SET ZERO OFF makes no difference. Locating the SET VARs within the Break Header's EEPs makes no difference. The source table is about as clean and consistent as can be. Totally at sea. Any other thoughts? Bruce Chitiea
