That finding alone should provide you with some blue's clues ... So, what is the difference between the other two databases, sample database, and this one, in particular? You are the only one who knows. Has anyone else mucked with your database, forms, etc? Having said that, you will have to take some uninterrupted, quality time, and debug (TRACE) all your startup and exit routines.
