I did try a LEFT OUTER JOIN on two of the views as a test but it seemed

Any suggestions as to the best way to accomplish this?
Look at the UNION command to combine the columns and rows of two tables
or views into a new table or view.
HELP UNION
With a "properly defined and normalized database schema", you should be
able to accomplish your goal.
To learn and actually understand the use of UNION command in R:BASE, you
may explore the views defined in RRBYW18 sample database.
