[RBASE-L] - Changing Fonts of Application Menu Items

[Center for Vocational Building Technology - Thailand]

I would like to change the fonts in application menu item titles.  I don't see a
way to do this in Application Designer.  Right now my Thai fonts do not show as
Thai characters.
