The report writer allows you to define whatever size paper you want under
"page setup." The label designer already has many label sizes predefined so
you don't have to define the paper/label size. Other than that, AFAIK they
work pretty much the same.

So you use the report designer rather than the label designer?   Do you have
to specify the label size in your report?

Download the latest printer driver from their web page. They are getting
better lately.

If your settings in the printer driver are set up correctly for the media
you are using, you should be able to use the RBASE report writer.

I have several different manufactures/printers doing labels this way.

I'm about to work on my first-ever label printer!   The exact model is a
Zebra GX430t, newly purchased.  Looking at my notes document, the only thing
I had saved was from long ago where somehad had an issue with the supplied
drivers locking up so they got a driver from elsewhere.  But nothing about
the labels themselves.

So if anyone has this model and can offer some time-saving tips for me, it
would be MUCH appreciated!
