Here's why ...
Your OS (operating system) on that particular computer is file
associated with a file
extension (.RB1 - .RB4) of R:BASE 7.5.
To re-associate, right-click on .rb1 file, select Open with ..., and
choose the correct
version of installed R:BASE OR browse the "Open with" wizard to the
appropriate folder
with RBG91_xx.exe or RBG95_xx.exe, and make sure to check the option for ...
[x] Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.
