[RBASE-L] - Double Click Menu Activation in Application

I have just installed Rbase 9.5(32) on my Win7 machine.
My application runs fine when started from within Rbase.
When I start the application by a short cut to the .rba file the following
happens:
a menu that is activated by double-clicking a form field - doesn't activate
I didn't have this difficulty with Rbase 7.6
