An annoyance in some of the emails I receive is punctuation sometimes looks like:

... just like you did to run R:Base, and once you have that computer’s desktop displayed in a window...

Single/double quotes, etc., might have something like ’ instead of a single quote.
I saw where there is a translation problem with unicode (UTF-8) ???
