Thought I would give you an update. Upon initial troubleshooting I discovered some processes were working and others not. What was working was email using R:Mail. What wasn't working was using the PRINT to PDF email option.
Why did suddenly fail? About a month ago, we discovered that our email server was being used as an email relay for spam. A user account had been "hacked". We set about creating new accounts and tighter password scheme. When creating passwords, I sometimes use "$" in place of "S/s" and "@" in place of "A/a". The auto email account had a password using "@". I changed the password to now include an "a". PRINT to PDF email option then worked again. So apparently that is a weirdness to be aware. I'm not calling it a bug or reporting it to RBTI. Thanks for all the suggestions. Jan
