Easiest way not requiring a line command: Open the table on the browser. Select column with your job codes. >From the "Calculate" menu at the top select "Tally">>Current column A list of unique codes will be displayed with number of occurrences. At the bottom you will have options to print, create a text or PDF file or copy the results to the clipboard.
