And to make me even more ashamed and ever so greatly grateful - I just received a note from them that they are changing the engine in the next update to automatically TRIM component ID's to prevent the problem from ever occurring again.

It isn't every software vendor that will dunce proof their product.

And yes, Bill, it sure was a bear to track down. I really don't know how the heck they found that.
