I inherited an old Rbase system which uses a menu to display various
reports, and is using dialogs or popups to request variables for
filtering the report. I want to place all of these variable requests
onto a single form and just need a little help on how to call the
form and reference form fields.

Dennis,

To collect all required parameters for a given task, the best option
is to create a "Variable Form" with all Pre-Defined Variables and
then do what you need to do to achieve the ultimated objective(s).

A variable form is a form with no associated table.

To get an idea, take a look at the sample variable forms included
with sample application, Running R:BASE Your Way! Part 18 (RRBYW18).

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Very Best R:egards,
