Richard, Sorry about the late reply. There is no way to print multi page TIFF documents using reports. My workaround is to convert the scanned multi-page TIFF document to a PDF file as soon as the document is scanned and from then on I work only with the PDF file; you can print a PDF file with code from within R:Base. Let me know if you need more details.
