Here's how:
01. Using Windows ODBC Administrator, define a "System DSN"
using the R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32) ODBC driver, or preferably
Oterro 9.5 (32) for another R:BASE database

02. CONNECT to your default/primary R:BASE database
03. While CONNected to primary database, use the SCONNECT
command to connect to another R:BASE database
You may also use the GUI ....
Main Menu | Utilities | Connect SQL Data Source
04. Use SATTACH command to view and attach tables from another
database. Use Alias Names when connecting tables with similar
names in the primary database.
You may also use the GUI ....
Main Menu | Utilities | Attach SQL Database Tables
