Here's how ...

01. Start R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64), Update 4, Build: 9.5.4.30717

02. While in Form Designer, right-click on the Variable Lookup List View
     control and check the option for [ ] Show Row Numbers and click on
     [Apply] button.

03. Now run the form or use [Ctrl + F9] to preview the form

That's all there is to it!

Similar option is also available for DB Lookup List View control.
