Using your example with Height and Width parameters, all looks fine on my end.
What is the operating system on your end? Windows 8 or 8.1. I recommend to use
MS Windows 8.1 (Professional).
What update and build of R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (64)? Make sure that you are using
the R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64), Update 4, Build: 9.5.4.30717 or higher.
Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
