If you want to use the LAUNCH command, try this - it works for me (QUOTES 
setting is '):


LAUNCH 'ATTRIB.EXE|+r +s +h Test.txt'

Try the following command and see what you get:

ZIP ROLLOUT ATTRIB.EXE +R +S +H Test.txt
RETURN
