Rehan,

It is not a problem.

By design the [+] button on the DB Navigator is intended to "Insert"
a blank row based upon the previously focus row.

However, using the "Enhanced DB Navigator" control, you can customize
the following option:

[ ] Use Insert Button as Append

Programmatically, you can create a button with the following code to
accomplish the same results:

-- Append a new row
    PROPERTY TABLE tablename 'APPEND'
    RETURN

That's all there is to it!
