How exactly are you adding data into MySQL using R:BASE eXtreme 9.5
(64) as a front-end?

Are you able to add data using other tools, such as MS Excel?

Without knowing all details on your end, you may be running into table
constraints which my prevent you from adding a new row(s) and generating
bogus MySQL ODBC errors.

Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
