Running 9.5, 64-bit (but this issue existed in earlier versions also). We
have a very complicated report that is set up like a spreadsheet. Lots of
vertical and horizontal lines drawn on the report, with data squeezed inside.
Sometimes the data is a number, sometimes it might be text with word-wrap.
All fields are Arial regular 8. The data fields are located pretty close to
the drawn lines because there's a LOT of data to be shown and space is a
premium.

The report prints beautifully to the screen, looks amazing. But if you click
to send it to a PDF file, alot of lines are off-kilter by a pixel here or
there. Has anyone had this happen and have some suggestions on what I can
change in the report, like use another font? It would be great if we could
still print to both the screen and PDF, but if it's not possible then we'd like
to print to a PDF file all the time. But I'm not sure how to "correct" the
report to get the lines to line up in the PDF.
