Good afternoon: Is there a way to search a DOUBLE data type column to find entries that have been stored in scientific notation?
I discovered this anomaly in one of my databases when I did a reload on it. Here's an example: UNIT_NO INWGT OUTWGT STD_PROD_SCRAP COQ_PROD_SCRAP -------- --------------- --------------- --------------- --------------- 4116 282,100 278,055 724.08 4425.75 4117 193,145 192,955 34. 162.5 7103 5,683 5,683 -2.220446E-16 0. 7106 5,617 5,644 -4.86 -31.86 7107 5,472 5,463 1.62 10.62 I can ferret these entries out in a tedious manner by comparing the original database to the rebuilt one but I was hoping for a more expedient method. Thanks for any suggestions.
