R:BASE TIMEOUT setting is for R:BASE session, regardless of the
Database (connected or not), R:BASE modules, such as R> Prompt,
Forms (Internal or External), Applications, etc.
The best practice to implement the feature is to define the
TIMEOUT setting in the application startup (.DAT) file, if any.
If there is no startup file to run the application, use the
TIMEOUT setting as "On Before Start" EEP of your specific
External Form.
