Karen, There is a form PROPERTY command for a form to "stay on top". In fact I think it is called PROPERTY formname STAY_ON_TOP TRUE (don't quote me. I'm away from my resources.)
But I think you need to use it with care because if you tell every form to "stay on top", who wins?
