Is there any command available in R:Base to disable / enable database triggers?
I am unable to find any command in help.

Rehan,

Using R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64) for Windows, actually there are two options to
Enable/Disable Triggers.

01. Using Data Designer (RBDefine):

Database Explorer | Tables | Design Table ...

Notice a whole new Group for [Triggers] including options to [ ] Execute
    Trigger

    . Before Insert
    . After Insert
    . Before Update
    . After Update
    . Before Delete
    . After Delete

Clicking on the [ ] Execute check box will Enable/Disable the execution
    of defined Trigger(s) accordingly.

02. Alternatively, you could use the CREATE TABLE and ALTER TABLE commands
    to Create, and Enable/Disable Triggers.

Hope that helps!

Very Best R:egards,
