Bob, If you want the percentage to display when using the LED option, place a Static Text Control next to the Meter Control and update its Caption property when you update the Meter Control.
The percentage would be illegible on the led display anyway. I believe they confirm what I was seeing as the expected result. The segment options are applicable to only to the LED type. The show percent option is applicable only to the Normal and 3D bar type.
