Patti,

The early patch of a bug fix is typically sent out before a normal update,
just to the people who reported the bug, in part to allow the person who
had the original problem to test and verify that the problem was corrected.

RBTI's normal update schedule is very aggressive compared to most of the
software industry, and the rest of the user base never has to wait very
long to get a new update with its "What's New" list of new features and bug
fixes.
