I have a command file with a "select" command that is coming up with no records, even though there is one record out there that fits all the criteria. Zero is set on My data record has fields INADATE = '12/19/14'IDP12MA is nullIDP14PHI = 0 My command is:select * from TABLENAME whe IDP12MA <> 1 and IDP14PHI <> 1 and INADATE between '12/01/14' and '12/31/14' The only way it works is if I add another selection criteria:select * from TABLENAME whe (IDP12MA <> 1 or IDP12MA is null) and IDP14PHI <> 1 and INADATE between '12/01/14' and '12/31/14'
Why do I have to add that if Zero is set on? Thanks,Patti
