[RBASE-L] - Error 2942 - Creating a Duplicate Column Definition

R:BASE 9.5(64) Current

Error Message:
- As column WMPeriodDayCNT is used in another table, its type cannot be
redefined (2942).

An existing table contains the non-key column:
- WMPeriodDayCNT INTEGER

I receive the error when attempting to create the same non-key column name
within a new table in code as:
- WMPeriodDayCNT INTEGER

This, I am not understanding. Thoughts?
