Here's the secret behind the implementation of "ISINTERNETCONNECTED".

It will check first if there's a possible connection path (e.g. LAN, WiFi, Modem, AutoDial Modem, ...). If one is detected it will try connecting to Google via HTTP. Function returns True only if a connection to Google was established

-- Example
    SET VAR vResult TEXT = NULL
    GETPROPERTY APPLICATION IsInternetConnected vResult

    vResult = YES (if connected to internet)
    vResult = NO  (if NOT connected to internet)

You don't need to take your company off the internet to see the result!
